U.S SHIPPING

Orders shipped within the United States are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day. SVT does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be amended or canceled. Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Pre-order items and certain styles ship at a later date. These items clearly display a ship-by date on the product page and are reiterated during checkout and within the order confirmation. Orders containing pre-order items or styles with a later ship-by date will be dispatched according to the latest applicable ship-by date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SILVIATCHERASSI.com ships internationally to select destinations. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day. International shipping times may vary by destination and are estimates that begin once the order has been dispatched.

Pre-order items and certain styles ship at a later date. A ship-by date is provided on the product page and confirmed during checkout and in the order confirmation. Orders that include these items will ship in accordance with the latest ship-by date listed.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any additional charges imposed by local authorities. Any duties or taxes paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased on silviatcherassi.com are eligible for return provided they are received within fourteen (14) days of the item’s delivery date and are returned in new, unused, unworn,unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, and packaging intact. All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be refused or accepted with a deduction applied, at SVT’s sole discretion.

REFUNDS

Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive email confirmation that your refund has been issued. Once your return package is received, please allow three (3) to seven (7) business days for processing. Credit card refunds are processed by our bank within seven (7) business days of return acceptance. Posting times depend on your card issuer. Original shipping costs, international shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees paid are non-refundable.

SILVIATCHERASSI.com offers complimentary return shipping on U.S. orders unless otherwise stated. SILVIATCHERASSI.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend shipping with a recognized courier and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above; however, international returns are not eligible for complimentary return shipping. All international return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the customer's responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

FINAL SALE

Items identified as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

REPAIRS

SILVIATCHERASSI.com will repair bracelets, necklaces, and earrings at no charge if damage due to normal wear occurs within three (3) months of the original purchase date. Items damaged after three (3) months may be eligible for repair for a fee, subject to evaluation.

Ready-to-wear (RTW) items require prior approval from our Customer Service team before any repair can be accepted and may be subject to a repair fee, depending on the nature of the request.

All shipping costs associated with repairs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a repair, please email onlinestore@silviatcherassi.com with a brief description of the issue. You will receive confirmation along with a Repair Authorization Number, which must be included with your shipment. Repairs should be shipped to:
